Damage

A damage deposit is paid upon booking to cover any damage or excessive cleaning costs that may occur and to cover insurance excess in the event of an insurance claim.

The deposit is refundable providing there is no damage to the vehicle, its fittings, furnishings, kitchenware, accessories or anything else provided with the hire. Should the damage repair cost be less than the deposit then a partial refund will be given made up of the difference between the repair cost and the deposit paid. If the damage has made the vehicle unhireable then the full deposit will be charged.

This includes updating to newer hire vans in the course of business or a replacement required due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that the hire vehicle is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to have a replacement available at the soonest opportunity and any hire period affected will be refunded.
